Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the TRAN studio website and purchases of original works and studio prints offered by Kevin L Tran from Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The studio. TRAN is an artist studio, not a general retail store. Listings, availability, and prices may change. Descriptions, photographs, and dimensions are provided in good faith; colors can vary by screen.

Originals. Original paintings are unique. Availability is confirmed through inquiry or an open checkout. Until payment is received and confirmed, a work may remain reserved or return to the wall. Title passes when the studio marks the order paid and releases the work for packing.

Prints. Studio prints are signed editions as described on each print page. Edition size and remaining count, when shown, are estimates maintained by the studio. When an edition is sold out, it is not reprinted as the same edition.

Payment. Accepted methods may include card (via Stripe) and, when enabled, Bitcoin or Solana. Crypto amounts are quoted at checkout; the studio confirms receipt before shipping. Demo or test modes, when enabled by the studio, are for evaluation only and do not create a live sale obligation.

Accounts and the studio desk. The private studio desk is for authorized users only. You must keep login credentials secure and must not attempt to access another person’s account.

Acceptable use. You may not misuse the site, scrape it aggressively, interfere with security, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms.

Intellectual property. All images, text, and branding on the site are owned by Kevin L Tran or used with permission. Viewing or buying a work does not transfer copyright. Collectors own the physical object they purchase; reproduction rights remain with the artist unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or delay in delivery. Aggregate liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the courts serving Washington County, Arkansas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
