Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy covers originals and studio prints shipped by Kevin Tran from Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Packing. Originals are crated and insured for transit. Prints are packed flat or in a protective tube suited to the paper size. The studio packs work before it leaves Northwest Arkansas.

Timing. Domestic U.S. transit is typically 7–12 days after the order is marked paid and packed. International shipping is by arrangement and may require additional documentation, duties, or longer transit times.

Address. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout or in correspondence. The studio is not responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect address you supplied.

Risk of loss. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s terms once the package is accepted by the carrier. If a shipment arrives damaged, keep all packing materials and contact the studio within seven (7) days with photographs so a claim can be opened.

Local pickup. Collectors near Fayetteville or Fort Smith may arrange studio pickup by appointment instead of shipping.

Duties and taxes. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees unless the studio agrees otherwise in writing.
