Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to original paintings and studio prints sold by Kevin Tran.

Originals. Because each canvas is unique and leaves the studio once, original sales are final after payment is confirmed and the work is released for packing, except where required by law or where the studio agrees in writing to a return because of damage in transit attributable to packing or carrier failure.

Prints. Signed studio prints may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing. Contact the studio promptly with photographs of the issue. Approved returns must be sent back in protective packaging; refunds are issued to the original payment method after the print is received and inspected.

Change of mind. Change-of-mind returns for undamaged prints are at the studio’s discretion and, if approved, may exclude shipping costs.

Crypto payments. Refunds of Bitcoin or Solana payments, when owed, are handled case by case — typically as a USD refund to an agreed method or a crypto return of an equivalent amount at a rate the studio confirms in writing. Network fees may apply.

Commissions. Commission deposits are generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless the studio cancels the commission. The balance is due when the work is ready; if you cancel after production starts, you remain responsible for work completed to date as agreed in writing.

How to request. Write through Contact with your order number, the work or print title, and a brief description of the issue. The studio will respond with next steps.
