A small number of commissions each year.
I take on a few commissions when the studio calendar allows it — usually two or three canvases alongside the work already on the wall. The paintings are oil on linen, made in Fayetteville, and they leave as originals. There are no editions and no reprints later.
The process starts with a conversation: the room, the light, a size that can live there. I do not work from photographs as a substitute for looking. If you can visit the studio, that is better. If you cannot, we talk until the picture is clear enough to begin.
A commissioned canvas typically takes four to eight months. A deposit reserves the place in the queue; the balance is due when the work is ready to crate. Pricing follows the same scale as the collection, adjusted for size and ground.
- Write me through Contact with the room, a rough size, and when you hope to live with it. Open Contact
- Visits in Fayetteville by appointment. Fort Smith collectors are a short drive; everyone else we arrange.
- Card, Bitcoin, or Solana, same as the collection.
