This Privacy Policy explains how TRAN / Kevin L Tran (“the studio,” “I,” or “we”) collects and uses information when you visit kevinltran.com, inquire about a work, buy a print, or otherwise contact the studio.

Information you provide. When you write through Contact, start a checkout, or request a commission, you may share your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and a message. Payment card details for prints are processed by Stripe and are not stored on studio servers. Crypto wallet addresses you send from are visible only as needed to confirm a transfer.

Information collected automatically. The site may receive standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These are used to keep the site secure and working, not to build marketing profiles.

How information is used. Studio contact details are used to answer inquiries, fulfill orders, send receipts, and arrange shipping or visits. Email may be used for transactional messages about an order or conversation you started. The studio does not sell personal information.

Sharing. Information may be shared with service providers who help run the site — for example Stripe for card payments, an email delivery provider for receipts and password resets, and a host or freighter when a work ships. They receive only what they need to perform their job.

Retention. Inquiry and order records are kept as long as needed for the studio’s records, tax, and provenance. You may ask the studio to update or delete contact details that are no longer required for an open order.

Your choices. You can decline to provide optional fields such as phone. You can request access to or correction of personal information held by the studio by writing to the email published on the Contact page.

Children. The site is not directed to children under 13, and the studio does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes. This policy may be updated as the studio’s practices change. The version on this page is the current one.
